🧾 Eligibility Criteria for SSC MTS Recruitment

📌 Nationality

Candidates must be:

  • A citizen of India, OR
  • A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, OR
  • A Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, OR
  • A person of Indian origin who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries (like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania), and Vietnam, intending to settle in India permanently.

🧭 Selection Process

The selection process includes:

  1. Computer-Based Examination (CBT) – For all posts
  2. Physical Test (PET/PST) – Only for Havaldar

The CBT will be held in two sessions on the same day. Both sessions are mandatory.
