  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) / Company Secretary (CS) / Cost Accountant (ICWA).

(Postgraduate Diploma must be equivalent to a Master’s Degree as recognized by the Association of Indian Universities.)

2. Legal Stream

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university/institute.
  • Desirable:
    • Two years of post-qualification experience as an Advocate or Legal Associate in a law firm, solicitor’s office, or corporate legal department.

3. Information Technology Stream

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (any branch), or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a Post Graduate qualification (minimum 2 years) in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications.

4. Engineering (Civil)

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
  • Desirable Experience:
    • Project management and construction supervision.
    • Structural design knowledge (AutoCAD/MS Project/Primavera).
    • Maintenance of office and residential buildings.
    • Experience with structural rehabilitation and tender evaluation.

5. Engineering (Electrical)

  • Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Desirable Experience:
    • Expertise in electronic and fire alarm systems, CCTV, UPS systems, and lift maintenance.
    • Knowledge of PERT/CPM techniques for project administration.

6. Research Stream

  • Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (minimum 2 years) in one of the following:
    Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Financial Economics, Agricultural Economics, Industrial Economics, or Business Analytics.
    OR
    Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in:
    Finance, Mathematical Finance, Quantitative Techniques, International Finance, Business Finance, Project Finance, or Big Data Analytics.

    Master’s Degree in Mathematics plus 1-year PG Diploma in Statistics or related field.

7. Official Language Stream

  • Master’s Degree in Hindi / Hindi Translation with English as a subject at the Bachelor’s level, or
  • Master’s Degree in English / Sanskrit / Economics / Commerce with Hindi as a subject at the Bachelor’s level, or
  • Master’s Degree in both English and Hindi / Hindi Translation from a recognized university.
