Stipend for ONGC Apprentices 2025

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during their apprenticeship training as per ONGC norms:

  • 💼 Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300/month
  • 🧰 Diploma Apprentice: ₹10,900/month
  • ⚙️ Trade (ITI) Apprentice: ₹8,200 – ₹10,560/month

No additional allowance or accommodation benefit will be provided. Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.

Eligibility Criteria for ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2025

Age Limit (as on 06.11.2025)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 24 years
    (Date of Birth between 06.11.2001 and 06.11.2007)

Age Relaxation:

  • SC/ST – 5 years
  • OBC-NCL – 3 years
  • PwBD – 10 years (PwBD-OBC: 13 years; PwBD-SC/ST: 15 years)

Selection Process – ONGC Apprenticeship 2025

ONGC follows a merit-based and transparent selection process.

  1. Shortlisting: Based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (ITI/Diploma/Graduation).
  2. Document Verification: Verification of age, qualification, and identity proofs.
  3. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must pass a medical fitness test as per ONGC standards.
  4. Final Merit List: Published on the ONGC website on 26 November 2025.

Training Details

  • Duration: 12 months from the date of contract signing.
  • Work Locations: ONGC’s 25 work centres across India.
  • Sectors Covered: Drilling, Production, Refining, Engineering, HR, Accounts, and IT.
  • Certification: Apprenticeship Certificate under the Apprentices Act, 1961, issued by ONGC in collaboration with the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT/NCVT).

💡 There is no application fee for ONGC apprenticeships.
