Stipend for ONGC Apprentices 2025
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during their apprenticeship training as per ONGC norms:
- 💼 Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300/month
- 🧰 Diploma Apprentice: ₹10,900/month
- ⚙️ Trade (ITI) Apprentice: ₹8,200 – ₹10,560/month
No additional allowance or accommodation benefit will be provided. Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment.

Selection Process – ONGC Apprenticeship 2025
ONGC follows a merit-based and transparent selection process.
- Shortlisting: Based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination (ITI/Diploma/Graduation).
- Document Verification: Verification of age, qualification, and identity proofs.
- Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must pass a medical fitness test as per ONGC standards.

Training Details
- Duration: 12 months from the date of contract signing.
