Eligibility Criteria for OIL India Nursing Admission 2025
To secure admission, candidates must strictly meet the eligibility norms prescribed by Oil India Limited:
- Gender & Marital Status: Only female candidates are eligible to apply.
- Domicile Requirement: Applicants must belong to the districts of Dibrugarh, Tinsukia, Sivasagar, Charaideo (Assam) or Changlang (Arunachal Pradesh).
- Age Limit: Must be 17 to 35 years as on 31st December 2025.
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must fulfill one of the following:
- 10+2 (Science stream – PCB & English) with at least 40% aggregate marks.
- 10+2 in Arts or Vocational Streams (subjects like Mathematics, Political Science, Economics, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, etc.) with English as a compulsory subject and minimum 40% marks from a recognized board (AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or equivalent).
- 10+2 Vocational ANM under CBSE/other equivalent board recognized by the Indian Nursing Council (INC) with 40% marks.
- Registered ANM with State Nursing Registration Council.
- 10+2 (Science/Arts/Health Care Vocational Stream) from NIOS with minimum 40% marks.
- GNMEE 2025 Qualification: Candidates must qualify the GNM Entrance Examination (GNMEE 2025) conducted by Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati with the following minimum percentile:
- General (UR/EWS): 18th percentile = 26 marks
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL): 15th percentile = 25 marks
- PWD (Divyang): 15th percentile = 25 marks
