Location:
All positions are based at McLeod Russel’s tea estates in Assam.
Role & Responsibilities:
Electrical Engineer
-
Oversee electrical maintenance and operations across estate facilities
-
Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of electrical systems and power supply
-
Troubleshoot and repair faults in a timely manner
-
Implement preventive maintenance protocols
-
Coordinate with estate managers for electrical needs in production and plantation activities
Mechanical Engineer
-
Manage installation, repair, and maintenance of estate machinery and factory equipment
-
Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules
-
Ensure smooth operation of mechanical systems in tea production
-
Collaborate with factory and estate teams to minimize downtime and ensure productivity

Maintain machinery efficiency and safety compliance
✅ Eligibility Criteria (Common for Both Roles):

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

For Electrical Engineers: Experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in tea or agro-processing industries

For Mechanical Engineers: Experience with machinery used in tea processing or agro-based manufacturing

Educational qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Degree/Diploma) from a recognized institution

Maximum Age Limit: 40 years

Candidates with experience in estate-based operations will be given preference
