📝 Eligibility Criteria for APSC Junior Engineer

🧑‍🎓 Educational Qualification

• Must have a 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or Agricultural Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.

• Only regular mode diplomas are allowed. Diplomas from distance learning are not eligible.

• Must upload all semester/year mark sheets as proof.

🎂 Age Limit (as of 01-01-2025)

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 40 years

• Relaxation in upper age limit:

  • SC/ST: +5 years (up to 45 years)

📌 Age proof must be from Class 10/12 admit card, mark sheet, or certificate showing Date of Birth.

🏡 Domicile Requirement

• You must be a permanent resident of Assam.

• Upload either:

  • Permanent Resident Certificate (for education/employment purpose), or

  • Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.

♿ PwBD Category

• Candidate must have at least 40% benchmark disability.

• Upload a valid disability certificate from the competent authority.

🧾 Government Employees

• If already employed in a regular Assam Govt. post:

  • Upload a certificate from your department confirming your service.

  • If seeking pay protection, upload a No Objection Certificate (NOC) as well.
