๐ Roles & Responsibilities
1. Database Administrator (DBA)

Manage and maintain high-availability MongoDB (sharded and replica sets).

Optimize performance using query profilers, index tuning, and shard key design.

Administer PostgreSQL setups including WAL archiving, tuning configs, query plans.

Perform automated backups, upgrades, version management, and secure deployments.

Preferred: OEM Certifications in MongoDB/PostgreSQL.
2. System Administrator

Manage Linux-based production servers, Tomcat containers, and web servers (Apache/Nginx).

Set up monitoring using ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana.

Handle Redis, Kafka, Zookeeper configurations, performance tuning, and security hardening.

Automate system-level tasks, backups, recovery, health checks using shell scripts.

Preferred: OEM Certifications in Linux/DevOps/Kafka/Monitoring tools.
3. Junior Civil Engineer

Supervise field-level execution of civil engineering works.

Handle billing, measurements, and site documentation.

Must be proficient in Assamese, Hindi, and English.
